We use the best tools available so we can replace Batteries, Crystals (Glass), Crowns, Stems, Pins, bars screws even the Movements of Watches instore.

Batteries

We change all watch batteries in store using top quality Swiss Batteries. But the real difference is the amount of cleaning we do to every watch that has a battery changed. This can be the difference between water and dirt entering the watch causing expensive damage

We also offer 5 Year Battery Warranties. For a little extra we will replace the battery in a specific watch as many times as needed at no extra charge for 5 years*

Crown and Stem

Also known as the winder on the side of your watch, we can replace Crowns and stems in store. We stock a wide range of stainless steal, Gold plated and black Crowns and hundreds of stems.

Water Resistance Testing

We can reseal and pressure test watches using our instore Pressure testing machine. Water resistance is important in keeping water and dust out of the sensitive electronics contained within the case.

Our machine can test watches to 5om Water Resistance, however our watch maker can test right up to 300m

Watch Crystal

We stock a wide range of crystals or watch glass so we can quickly replace most round glass whether it is flat or domed thick or thin we can get it sorted.

Some specialist crystals may need to be custom cut to your watch which we can arrange.

Strap Repairs

Strap adjustments, Pins, Bars, Screws, Clasps, Buckles are all available in store. We have thousands of parts and the right experience to fit and repair all watch straps

Rawson Brothers proudly use ZRC Leather Watch Bands and we have an extensive range in store. Fitting of straps bought in store is free.

We can resize watches purchased elsewhere for a fee. Even top quality watches.

Refurbishment

We can refurbish and refinish Stainless steel watches. Our goldsmith has refinished numerous Cartier, Rolex, and Tag Heuer watches to bring them back to new condition

We can even re matt finish instore.
